Biography:
PROMINENSA word derived from the physics science means FIRE TONGUE, we hope with the chosen name we can exist and continuing the journey in Extreme Metal music genre. Prominensa established 6 agustus 2002 in Tegal-Central Java with the initial formation as follows:

lineup 1 :
Wildan - Bass
Ludhie - Giutar
Ecka - Drum
Woyo - Guitar
Kiky - Vocal

The formation broke up in short time since ludhie(Guitar) split up from the Band, dan line up Prominensa became:

Woyo - Guitar
Wildan - Bass
Ecka - Drum
Kiky - Vocal

3 month after Woyo followed Ludhie's track abandoned the band because he has different objective and interest in musical style. prominensa rebuild becoming:

Ecka - Drum
Kiky - Vocal

Prominensa influenced by American brutal band dominated mainstream such as: "SUFFOCATION,CRYPTOPSY,GORGASM,TRAUMATISM,DEEDS OF FLESH,DYING FETUS". Few month after Prominensa got the fresh blood: Tigrez to fill up guitarist position, but soon Tigrez split up due to disrepancies between member. Wildan (bass) taken over guitaris position while looking for new guitarist.
April 2003 Prominensa got a short deal with Andhika (Add. bassist), but Andhika chosen to pursue another main interest outside the band. Finally Prominensa struggling the metal scenes with only three members for every gig:

Currently Prominensa roaring the stages with the brutal songs such as:

6.SPIRITUAL CORPORATION
7.INSURRECTION AGAINST HEAVEN

Official Prominensa stated that the genre they carry on is "OLD SCHOOL BRUTAL DEATH METAL", with the lyrics focusing on social conflict, brutality, murder, psycho, meaningless life, etc
