hamson killer sebenarnya sebuah label milik seorang petani didaerah banten yang memiliki hobi mengoleksi hal2 yang berbau heavy metal dan band rilisan pertamanya yah itu KOMUNAL.  ia menganggap musik KOMUNAL mampu mereprensentasikan dirinya.TIDAK ADA ALAMAT FISIK TAPI COBA SAJA KONTAK:

Hamson Killer is a label run by a farmer boy deep in the Banten County’s prairie who gets into heavy metal thingy. The first release was the band Komunal, he thinks Komunal outfit to represent himself. No physical address, just contact

2. Misal ada major label yg mau sign kontrak dengan syarat: vocal diperhalus lebih ngepop atau lirik dgn topik cinta2an, gimana?

Let’s say a major label interested to get signed you guys with special requirement like smoothing vocals or pop-slut lyrics, what will you do?

mohon maaf pertanyaan itu sudah tidak menantang lagi dan saya anggap itu adalah pertanyaan tidak bermutu dan harus dijawab oleh band2 yang tidak bermutu.

3. Komunal dari Bandung? Kayaknya disana scene indie udah established banget. Atau gimana pendapat kamu sendiri?

You guys hailed from Bandung, how’s the scene in there?

4. Pernah/sedang kontak dengan label laen yg lebih besar di local/asing?

tidak pernah karena ini adalah rilisan pertama kami

5. Menurut kalian haruskah ada investor yg membuat mtv tandingan [atau media apapun tapi berskala nasional] khusus indie, ataukah indie adalah indie yg harus begitu adanya?

Do you think there must be an investor making anti-mtv particularly exposing indie? Or indie just let it be indie?

YA MESTI ADA!!! INDIE TIDAK HARUS SEPERTI ITU. INDIE HARUS MAMPU MEROBEK2 KUPING MAINSTREAM DAN MENJUAL JUTAAN KEPING

Sure there must be, indie hasn’t got to be like that. Indie got to crush mainstream’s ear and sellout million copies.

6. Menurut kalian support dari media gimana? Gimana seharusnya?

What do you think about media supports? What they should do?

1. Untuk pengerjaan tracking, mixing dan mastering apakah ditangani orang2 dialog atau anda sewa engineer khusus?

Who worked for tracking, mixing and mastering of Panorama album?

KAMI BEKERJA SAMA DENGAN OPERATOR DIALOG STUDIO YANG BERNAMA DADI.IA ADALAH SEORANG OPERATOR KAWAKAN DIDUNIA HEAVY METAL IA TELAH MENANGANI BANYAK BAND2 HEAVY METAL SEPERTI : SIKSA KUBUR,FORGOTTEN,DLL

We worked with Dadi, an operator from Dialog Studio who’s a heavy metal veteran. He has been involved with many heavy metal bands including SiksaKubur, Forgotten, etc.

2. Kalo kita liat sampelnya kualitas rekamannya lumayan oke. Drums/bass mantap. Cuman mungkin kurang tebal aja gitarnya. Ato memang disengaja begitu soundnya? Berapa kali overdub track gitar?

Hearing at Panorama samples, the recording quality’s quite good but to us the guitar sound could be thicker. Is that intentional? How many times overdub?

YA MEMANG SEPERTI ITU MAU KAMI.2 KALI OVERDUB

That’s what we wanted. Twice overdub.

3. Ada kendala waktu rekaman?

Did you have difficulties during recording session?

TIDAK ADA

No I haven’t.

4. Apakah gear impian [ampli, instrumen, efek dll] anda? Sekarang ini yg dipake apa?

What’s your dreaming gear? What’s currently you have?

BANYAK SEKALI

5. Ada rencana release CD untuk Panorama?

6. Lagi rekaman buat album ke2? apa nggak keburu2 gitu?

We heard you just making 2nd album, are you in rush?

OH BELUM. TAPI KAMI SUDAH MEMILIKI 15 STOCK LAGU BARU UNTUK ALBUM KEDUA

Not yet. But we have stocked 15 songs for the 2nd album.

7. Album ke2 apa ada perbedaan dengan Panorama?

YA KAMI MEMANG DARI AWAL TERBENTUK SEPERTI INI.TOLONG DICATAT KAMI MEMBENTUK BAND INI JANUARI 2004 DAN MENGELUARKAN REKAMAN 3 AGUSTUS 2004.DAN KAMI BANGGA SEBAGAI BAND HEAVY METAL YANG BARU DAN MAMPU DENGAN CEPATNYA MERILIS ALBUM PERDANA.

We were what we are. Please note, we formed this band at January 2004 and released record 3 August 2004. We proud to be new heavy metal band who got the first album in short time.

We have. We never saying to stay focused to play neatly. In short, every gig we have is to satisfy ourselves. Remember, in our show we always made impression lasts longer and make you cry.

Songwriting
1. Apakah perlu brantem ego antar anggota untuk merumuskan suatu lagu?

Do you guys fight each other when writing a song?

KAMI SELALU MENYIAPKAN RING TINJU SEBELUM MEMBUAT LAGU.

We always prepare boxing arena before writing a song.

2. Long way to climb the wall itu cool banget vocalnya. Mirip2 Scott Weiland (ex STP). Lagu itu bercerita tentang apa? Keputusasaan? Ada efek/trik kusus di tracking vocal?

“Long Way to Climb the Wall” song is cool. The vocals is just very Scott Weiland (ex STP) kind of thing. What the song is about? Distressed? Any effects applied on vocal?

3. Masih di Long way, sentuhan bluesnya kerasa banget di guitar fills. Tapi keseluruhan kayak doom/stoner gitu musiknya, semacam eyehategod. Bisa dikoreksi pendapat tsb?

Still in the “Long Way..”, the bluesy guitar fills are pretty bold but overall it’s a doom/stoner song like EyeHateGod. Can you correct this opinion?

4. taruhlah Panorama akan sukses. Apakah album selanjutnya mirip? Gimana kalo gagal?
